Orders placed through www.satirathai.com will be shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Kindly contact us via the Contact Us form and select either “International Shipping Quote” or “Order Assistance” as the subject. Please include the product name(s), desired quantity, delivery address, postal code, and destination country. A personalized quotation will be prepared for you and issued conveniently via a PayPal invoice.
We carefully review the import regulations of the destination country and calculate the applicable shipping costs. Once your confirmation and payment are received via PayPal, your order will be processed within 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shipment departs from Thailand. Satira reserves the right to accept returns or issue refunds at its discretion after payment has been completed.
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
