What is the Anti-Cellulite Massage Oil?

This massage oil is specially formulated to help reduce cellulite, stimulate fat metabolism, and restore skin
firmness and smoothness. With consistent use, visible results can be seen within 4 weeks—skin smoothness
improved by 18% according to a clinical trial conducted with 21 Asian women at Eurofins Laboratory
Guangzhou in 2021.

Does the Anti-Cellulite Massage Oil generate heat during massage?

During massage, a warming sensation may occur. This is due to natural ingredients such as red chili, black
pepper, and orange peel oil that promote blood circulation and detoxification in cellulite-prone areas. When
massaged with moderate pressure, the skin may appear slightly flushed, which is a natural effect.

Can people with sensitive skin use the Anti-Cellulite Massage Oil?

Yes. The oil is made from 100% natural ingredients, free from synthetic chemicals and preservatives. It is
suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, as it nourishes and restores the skin gently. However, we
recommend conducting a patch test on the inner arm before full application.

What scents and sizes are available for Reed Diffusers, and how long do they last?

Reed Diffusers are available in two sizes:

  • 100 ml – lasts up to 2 months in closed spaces
  • 200 ml – lasts up to 4 months in closed spaces
    Note: Duration may vary depending on room size, temperature, and airflow.

What is the difference between Pure Essential Oil and Aromatic Oil?
  • Pure Essential Oil – 100% natural extract. Not recommended for direct skin application as it may
    cause irritation. Best for inhalation, steam, bathing, or blending with lotions, shower gels, or diffusers.
  • Aromatic Oil – A blend of fragrance and natural oils. Safe for direct application on skin and suitable
    for versatile use such as massage, bathing, or creating a warm atmosphere with a burner.
Do you provide international shipping?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping, depending on each country’s import regulations. Our shipping partners
include FedEx, UPS, SF Express, and DHL.

How can I place an international online order?

Kindly contact us via the Contact Us form and select either “International Shipping Quote” or “Order Assistance” as the subject. Please include the product name(s), desired quantity, delivery address, postal code, and destination country. A personalized quotation will be prepared for you and issued conveniently via a PayPal invoice.

How is international shipping arranged?

We carefully review the import regulations of the destination country and calculate the applicable shipping costs. Once your confirmation and payment are received via PayPal, your order will be processed within 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shipment departs from Thailand. Satira reserves the right to accept returns or issue refunds at its discretion after payment has been completed.

Does the international shipping fee include customs duties?

International shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
